Gap Year: Persian Initiative
This project is now fully funded. Thank you!
The Persians Gap-Year B4T (business for transformation) initiative is an “umbrella” project that covers multiple transformative business projects, designed to help displaced and/or underground Persian believers. We are based in a small country in Western Asia that has become an optimal hub of operations for supporting and advancing a Persian church planting initiative using the B4T model.
Thousands of disillusioned and disenfranchised Persians have flooded to the area. We have existing connections and a growing network of Muslim-background believers who desire to use their God-given resources, talents, and skills to expedite the Gospel to the Persian diaspora.
Several projects overseen by Persian Christians are being developed as B4T enterprises. They include a fruit dehydration business, handcrafts shop and confectionary, and a custom-built furniture and remodeling company. A successful establishment for these projects includes funds for business space, equipment, and materials, as well as other start-up costs.
This one-year program helps Persian believers take the next steps in their biblical and entrepreneurial formation. The success of the businesses will allow the entrepreneurs to make a reasonable living as they devote time to ministry and church planting.
