M2M - Ministry to Missionaries
Across the world, Avant missionaries share the gospel with people who have never heard the good news of Jesus. They leave their families, friends, homes, and everything that is familiar, to present the message of Christ in unfamiliar places.
After many years of service, our missionaries return to North America and find a culture that is so different from when they departed. They often feel disconnected, lonely, and unappreciated.
To help provide encouragement to these missionaries, Avant mobilizes a missionary care team. The team makes personal visits to encourage our retired missionaries, hear their story, and present them with a gift to honor their time of service.
Your gift will enable the member care team to make these special visits, bringing a smile to a weary face, refreshment to hearts, and a renewed spirit for continued service.
